Cancellation

Atlantis Decora retains unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 7 Day Easy Return policy for all our products which are sold online to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy or unimpressed with your order, we allow returns within 7 Calendar Days, for your satisfaction.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.

The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer`s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Atlantis Decora`s packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer`s packaging / box.

NOTE: It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.

While handing over your package to Drop-Off station/ Pickup Agent, please collect the Atlantis Decora Return Acknowledgment paper and reserve it for future reference.

Refund:

If any order is cancelled, payment against such order will generally be refunded within 7 to 10 working days, but the refund process may take more time depending upon the payment service gateway provider`s clauses. Provided that received cash back amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via bKash, then the customer will be refunded through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channel. But ATLANTIS DECORA retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.

The customer will not be eligible for any cash back/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds because if the order is cancelled, its related cash back will also be cancelled. ATLANTIS DECORA is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount.

In case of refunding card payment, the refund will be returned directly to the customer`s debit/credit card if customer claims a refund to his bank. Then we will be informed about it via our payment gateway system ((SSLCommerzBD))and take necessary initiatives. Card payment can be refunded only to the card holder`s account via bank and cannot be refunded partially as per policy.

Shopping Credit / Reward Points cannot be cash refunded, only to be refunded as shopping credit/reward point.
